Expectations

 

1. Scheduling a Photoshoot(Know What

You're Looking For.)


1. Things to have in mind:

Package Type? I can make suggestions based on what you’re looking for.

Date & Time? Check my college schedule for my availability.

Location? I can make suggestions.

Do you have a particular style or mood in mind? / Do you envision your

photos to look a certain way? Providing an example is welcome.


2. Pricing will be stated; it will include the package and any additional fees.

4. A non-refundable retainer of at least 25% will be made upon booking to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the session or event. Payments can be made via Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.


2. Photoshoot Day(Come Prepared &

Have Fun!)


1. Upon early arrival, the client and photographer will introduce themselves and have time to prepare for the photoshoot.

Hair/Makeup

Posing Practice

Equipment Prep.


Things to have in mind:

Be Relaxed & Open: Come ready to collaborate and trust the photographer’s direction.

Have a Positive Vibe: Good energy shows in photos — stay upbeat and

patient.

Have Flexibility: Be prepared to adapt if the weather, lighting, or creative ideas change mid-shoot.


2. The photoshoot is expected to start at the agreed-upon start time; however, the timer will start when the photographer begins shooting(to ensure the client gets what they paid for).


3. During the photoshoot, there will be 2-way communication between the client and photographer. Short breaks for water and checking shots are completely normal. These actions will result in the timer being paused, along with outfit or location changes.


4. Concluding the photoshoot, the client and the photographer will show gratitude and discuss the approximate time photos will be prepared and sent.


3. Post-Photoshoot(Be Patient & Understanding.)


1. The photographer will review all raw images and remove duplicates, test shots, or blinks.


2. The photographer will select the photos that he believes best showcase his art and "the beauty of God's creations."


3. The photographer will edit photos according to the client's insight and selected package/special edits.


4. Upon completion, the photographer will send digital images via an online gallery within 14 business days (depending on the session) or 30 business days (for events).
